Rain Likely Next Week; All Set to Make Winter Take a U-turn

weatherNew Delhi, Thursday, January 29 – Weather of the country has turned unpredictable on more than a few occasions. People in most of the states were left with no option but to reel under severe heat till late October. The intensity of sunlight restricted many to stay indoors even when winter was ready to set in.

If truth be told, duration of winter season is as not big as it used to be a few years ago. But people faced attack of harsh cold waves, fog and untimely showers in the past one and a half month to a great extent.

Commuters remained stranded for several hours at airport and railway stations a few weeks ago due to low visibility on the runway and railway tracks, creating a chaos due to delay in departure and rescheduling of the trains and flights. Bus services were also affected as a result of dropping mercury.

Bright sunshine is all set to put a ceiling on the iciness in the current week. As per latest weather reports, maximum temperature of will fluctuate in the range of 16 and 18 degree Celsius for next seven days while maximum temperature between 7 and 10 degree Celsius.

Rain possibility of early on Tuesday and Wednesday will bring the shivering days back in the national capital, increasing humidity from 33 per cent to 74 per cent and compelling populace to put on warm clothes as much as possible. But at the same time, weathermen predicts climate to get soother during middle of February. Sky is likely to remain clearer afterward.
